Straight Lines Ai (“Straight Lines Ai,” “we,” “us,” or “our“) operates straightlinesai.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Notice describes how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you interact with our Site, specifically when you reach out to us through our About Us, Pricing and Designer Program pages, express interest in our pricing or Designer Program, use interactive features on the Site, or register for an event, seminar, webinar, or contest we host.

2. Information We Collect

We collect personal information in two places on the Site: our About Us page, Pricing Page and our Designer Program Application Page. Our pricing page does not have its own data collection form, visitors interested in pricing are directed to our booking page to submit their details there. We do not collect payment information through our site. 
On the other hand we do collect information through cookies and similar technologies, which may gather:

  • Basic technical details (such as browser type, operating system, and referring website).
  • Usage information (such as pages visited, time spent on the Site, and general browsing behavior).

This information is collected anonymously and cannot be used to personally identify you.

2.1 General Inquiry

When you submit a general inquiry or request to meet with us, we collect:

  • Address (Optional)
  • Phone Number (Optional)
  • Add Any Special Requests (Optional)

2.2 Designer Program Application

When you apply to the Designer Program, we collect everything in Section 2.1 above, plus:

  • Company or Project Name (Optional)
  • Which option best describes your company or your project? (Optional)
  • Additional notes or comments regarding interest in the Designer Program (Optional)

2.3 Pricing Inquiry

When you reach out to us via our Pricing page, we collect everything in Section 2.1 above, plus:

  • Company Name
  • What License are you interested in ? (Optional)
  • Which option best describes your company or your project? (Optional)
  • Which option best describes your role? (Optional)
  • Additional notes or comments regarding interest in Pricing details (Optional)

2.4 Event, Seminar, Webinar, and Contest Registration

When you register for an event we host or participate in (e.g., the 414 Fashion Tech Summit), we collect the registration details requested for that specific event — typically name, email, and company, plus any additional details a given event asks for (such as dietary or accessibility needs, or contest entry materials, where applicable).

We do not collect payment information, government ID numbers, or account credentials through the Site, because the Site does not offer account creation or checkout.

2.5 application users data

Access to the Straight Lines Ai application is provided by our business customers for their personnel. For each application user, we collect first name, last name, and email address, as provided by the user or the customer’s account administrator. We use this information only to provide the service on our customer’s behalf and according to its instructions. We do not use it for marketing or profiling, and we do not sell, share, or disclose it to third parties.

3. Why We Collect It - Purpose of Processing

We are deliberate about limiting collection to what serves you directly. Everything we collect through the Site falls into one of these purposes:

  1. To communicate with you. When you submit our booking or contact form, we use your Name, Email, and message to respond to your inquiry — nothing more.
  2. To ascertain your requirements and interests. The User Type and Tell Us More fields exist so we can understand what you’re actually trying to accomplish and point you toward the right information, materials, or next step — not to build a marketing profile.
  3. To provide a personalized, interactive experience on the Site. Where the Site offers interactive content, we use what you provide only to render that experience back to you.
  4. To administer event, seminar, webinar, and contest registration. Information submitted for an event is used solely to manage that event — registration, logistics, and any follow-up directly related to it.

We do not use information collected through these forms for automated profiling, resale, or third-party advertising. We do not combine your Site submissions with data purchased from third-party data brokers.

4. How Information Is Collected

Voluntarily provided information: everything described in Section 2: you type it into a form and submit it.

Passively collected information (industry-standard): like nearly every website, when you visit str8lines.com or straightlinesai.com, our servers and analytics tools automatically log:

  • Pages visited, referring/exit pages, and time spent on each page

Third-party-sourced information: we do not currently purchase or import personal information about you from third-party data providers, data brokers, or list vendors to supplement what you give us directly. Straight Lines Ai handles two categories of data under two different frameworks, and it’s important you know which one applies to you:

  • This Privacy Notice governs personal information collected through str8lines.com and straightlinesai.com as a website — the booking/contact forms, Designer Program application, event registrations, and passive site analytics described above.
  • Data processed within the Straight Lines Ai platform by a customer organization, including any content, images, or business data an organization’s users submit while using our product, is governed by the data processing terms negotiated individually as part of that organization’s enterprise contract, since handling requirements (retention, storage location, sub-processors, deletion rights) vary by customer and are agreed to directly with them.

If you’re a user inside a customer organization’s Straight Lines Ai account, your organization’s agreement, not this page, governs how your data is handled inside the product. If you’re unsure which applies to you, contact us at the address in Section 12 and we’ll point you to the right document.

7. Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites (for example, partner announcements, press coverage, or social media). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy notice of any site you visit after leaving ours.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Site is directed at business professionals in the fashion and retail industry and is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Site. If a parent or guardian believes their child has submitted personal information to us without their consent, please contact us at the address in Section 12, and we will delete that information.
